Who's behind MensHealthSpace

We're an independent research and content team focused on men's wellness topics. Here's how we work, what we're not, and how we make money.

What we are

MensHealthSpace is run by a small, independent team that researches and writes about wellness topics — including nerve health, hearing and mind health, nutrition, and general lifestyle habits. We're not a medical practice, a clinic, or a pharmaceutical company, and none of our writers claim to be doctors or licensed healthcare providers.

We publish under the MensHealthSpace name as a team, rather than attributing articles to invented personal identities. We think that's a more honest way to sign our work than pretending a single "expert" with a fabricated backstory wrote it — a pattern you'll unfortunately find on a lot of sites in this space.

How we research and write

Our content draws on publicly available health resources — including sources like the Mayo Clinic, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and peer-reviewed research where available — combined with general nutrition and wellness literature. Where the underlying science is early-stage or preliminary, we say so directly, rather than presenting it as settled fact.

Not medical advice: nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it shouldn't replace a conversation with a licensed healthcare provider about your specific situation.

How we make money

Some of the products we discuss include affiliate links. If you make a purchase through one of those links, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. This never influences how we describe the underlying research; it only supports the cost of running the site.

We disclose this on every article that contains an affiliate link, not just here on the About page.

Questions or corrections

If you spot something inaccurate, outdated, or unclear in one of our articles, we want to know about it.
